Join us for a deeply relaxing sound experience with our favorite sound therapist, Alex Ballew. Let the vibrations soothe you as you blissfully rest. Alex will take you on a journey using unique instruments from all over the world. Let the vibrations lull and soothe you during a deep somatic rest.
Bring water and an optional blanket. Props provided, no experience required.
