Countdown to Our India Yoga Retreat
Retreat to India (Rishikesh, Vrindavan, Agra, Delhi)
LIFE FORCE FLOWS IN MYSTICAL INDIA
Walk in the footsteps of yoga’s Himalayan Masters, visit remote caves where ancient yogis retreated for meditation, eat sattvic food, and indulge your senses in the best Ayurvedic treatments – facials, full-body massages, and the amazing Shirodhara. Take in the sights, sounds, and scents of this ancient land and savour each moment to rejuvenate your life force and renew your being.
Discover New Delhi’s hidden gems, temples, markets, and gardens. Explore the Taj Mahal – one of the seven wonders of the world – and feel this majestic monument’s love story.
Spend time in and around Rishikesh — the Yoga Capital of the World! Participate in Ganga Aarti – a daily festival of light on the banks of the Ganges River in the lap of the Himalayas. Attend Satsang with Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati – author of From Hollywood to the Himalayas: A Journey of Healing and Transformation. Participate in puja rituals, chant with Rishikumars, and take a dip – okay, maybe just your toes – in the clear water of the Ganges as it flows from the Himalayan mountains.
Rub shoulders with Krishna devotees as they descend on the sacred and mystical land of Vrindavan to celebrate their faith.
Learn from local artisans the art of mala-making, make your own mala, and bring back souvenirs for everyone back home.
Did we mention that each location offers a prime selfie backdrop and a chance to go inward to heal, restore, renew, and return to balance and union with yourself and the universe? Only in India, can you experience luxury and humility at the same time.
