Inversion Knowledge Workshop by Yogi Bear

$40This workshop will provide you with proper tools you’ll need to gain strength and build self-confidence to fly upside down. We will start off with a warm up to prepare the body with strength and flexibility work along with some fun partner exercises. Afterwards, we will break down progressions that will help build a strong foundation towards achieving inversions such as Crow, Headstand, Forearm stand and Handstand. Lastly, you will learn how to engage the right muscles and how to properly stack the joints on top of each other while in an inverted position. There will be inversion combinations where you can play to integrate into your own yoga practice. (All levels)
