Nurture & Prepare: A Prenatal Yoga & Labor Workshop

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to supporting your body and mind as you prepare for the transformative journey of birth. Led by two new moms—a Prenatal Yoga Instructor and a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist—this workshop offers a unique blend of movement, evidence-based education, and community.
Whether you are in your first trimester or your third, you’ll gain practical tools to navigate labor with confidence and ease.

What We’ll Cover:
  • Laboring Poses & Tools: Discover active positions to help baby descend and manage sensations during birth.
  • Pelvic Health Insights: Learn how to protect and support your pelvic floor from a specialist’s perspective.
  • Breathwork & Meditation: Master calming techniques to stay grounded and focused.
  • “Feel Good” Flow: Gentle yoga sequences designed to relieve common pregnancy aches.

  • We Provide: Yoga mats, props, take-home workbooks, and “lite bites” to enjoy during our mid-session break.
  • You Bring: A water bottle and comfortable clothing you can move in freely.

Note: This workshop is designed for individuals at any stage of pregnancy. We kindly ask that all participants are cleared for physical activity by their medical professional prior to attending.
